The life science ecosystem in Lower Saxony is constantly growing and four key players were showcased at the EKFZ Academy workshop. J\u00f6rn Lindemann (SNIC Life Science Inkubator\u00a0and\u00a0Transfer &amp; Startup Hub University of G\u00f6ttingen), Dr. Martin Strehle (Life Science Factory) and Angela Bortenreuter (TRAIN) introduced their organizations and provided valuable glimpses of their translational work. They act as sparring partners for startups and research project teams aiming to spin-off and offer a broad range of need-based support including<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0professional technology and business consulting<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0access to potential partners and investors<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0access to capital<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0flexible infrastructure<br \/>\n\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0community events.<\/p>\n<p>After the workshop, the participants and speakers discussed possibilities to further strengthen the life science ecosystem and exchanged ideas on their research projects while enjoying ice cream and drinks.<\/p>\n<p>A heartfelt thank you to the guest speakers for their valuable insights and their supportive work within the translation and startup ecosystem in Lower Saxony![\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row row_type=&#8221;main-section&#8221;
